Anna Kotze Brokers is situated
in the beautiful historic town of Stellenbosch. (see
map) Anna Kotze started
out as an insurance representative of SANLAM
in 1974. In 1986 she quit SANLAM to become
an independant Financial Advisor, so as to be able to fulfill the
needs of her clients in a more complete and objective way.
Anna Kotze's philosophy
is still the cornerstone of our commitment to
a quality service and relationship with out clients.
In the long period that she has been part of the South African personal
finance scene, she has seen many great and small people come and go,
and many changes in the field of personal finance. With the recent
changes in the field, eg new FAIS Act (Financial Advisors and Intermediaries
Services Act), she foresees a challenging time ahead and only the
brokers that did things the 'right' way before, will find the going
less tough.
She is currently an associate member (AFP) of the fpi
(Financial Planning Institute).
Retief Kotze joined the brokerage in an
unofficial (broker-wise) part in 1994 as director of the company.
After extensive travels overseas and gaining work-experience in the
UK, he returned in 2001 to join the company full time since the start
of 2002. His forte is computers with an accountancy background and
his technological experience will ensure the company stays in touch
with current technological trends and responsibilities. He attained
his CMA-qualification in 2000 and is a member of
CIMA (Chartered
Institute of Management Accountants). He has since gained his membership
at the fpi
as an associate (AFP-Associate Financial Planner). |
